He was an early pioneer of China digital marketing for overseas brands, having established Hot Pot in 2012 to serve global clients’ needs.

Adam has spent more than 15-years studying and working with China, originally landing in Ningbo in 2007. Adam began his career with Pentland Brands, where he oversaw China strategy and business development for brands including Speedo,

consultancy and strategic services to some of the world's leading brands that are seeking long-term success with China. During his tenure, he has overseen commercial success for the likes of Canada Goose, Ted Baker, UEFA, Gymshark and Liberty of London.

Bryan Zhou

Mr. Bryan Zhou is Deputy General Manager of our European office based in Dublin, Ireland. He has been working for CIRS since 2015 after receiving his Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati. His extensive expertise includes EU REACH, China REACH, K-REACH, Global GHS requirements and other worldwide chemical regulation compliance knowledge. Bryan has assisted hundreds of EU companies meet regulatory compliance requirements in these regions.
Yasmine Boulanouar

Yasmine has an MS in Toxicology, risk assessment and vigilance from the Farmacy University of Paris-Saclay. She has more than ten years of experience in the cosmetics and consumer products industries, working for companies such asL'Oréal, J&J, and Bic. She specializes in toxicology and risk assessment, as well as regulatory affairs. She is based in Paris and covers the UK and European markets.
Julie Harrington
, CIRS EU Senior Regulatory Consultant
Julie Harrington is a Senior Regulatory Consultant and currently coordinating the cosmetic service at CIRS Europe. She has a BSc. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and over 4 years’ industry experience in cosmetic & chemical regulations spanning the EU/UK markets to China, South Korea and beyond. Her client portfolio includes luxury brands, cosmetic start-ups, and cosmetic ingredient manufacturers providing her with a broad knowledge of the cosmetic regulatory landscape and ability to strategize in different contexts.
Christopher Ketchum

Mr. Chris Ketchum works in CIRS Group US for more than 3 years and is responsible for regulatory consulting of cosmetics in China and US including the aspects of China cosmetics registration and filing, China new cosmetic ingredient registration and filing, China cosmetic ingredient NMPA code, US MoCRA, etc. He received his B.S. in Biology and Neuroscience from The Ohio State University.
