In recent years, U.S. cosmetic regulations have been continuously refined, and market supervision has become increasingly stringent. Companies must pay closer attention to product compliance and safety. With the official implementation of the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), the cosmetics industry is undergoing significant regulatory changes, imposing higher requirements on product registration and filing, GMP compliance, and ingredient safety. In 2024, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has further detailed regulatory requirements and strengthened oversight of cosmetics and OTC products. These regulations cover key areas such as labeling standards, safety assessments, and corporate responsibilities.

CIRS Group will host an online webinar (English session) on April 8.

We will focus on the latest U.S. cosmetic regulations in 2024, key changes, critical procedures for cosmetic and OTC product entry into the U.S. market, and FDA regulatory priorities. Ms Hong Cui has seven years of work experience in the field of cosmetics regulations in South Korea. She is mainly responsible for providing global cosmetics regulatory consultation and registration project management for Korean cosmetics companies. Up to now, she has successfully helped over a thousand Korean cosmetics enter the Chinese market smoothly.

Ms Wenbo Zhang has three years’ experience in cosmetics regulatory compliance.
