On Friday, June 27, 2025, CIRS Group will join hands with the Korea Cosmetic Industry Institute (KCII) to host a special webinar focused on key cosmetic regulatory requirements in the United States, Europe, Vietnam, and China. This session aims to support enterprises in navigating the challenges of global cosmetic market access and compliance.

The webinar will provide practical compliance guidance and actionable solutions for companies currently exporting products overseas or planning to enter international markets. Suah SUNG , CIRS Group Korea Cosmetic Regulatory Senior Consultan

Ms Suah SUNG has been involved in product certification and cosmetics-related work for over ten years. Since joining CIRS Group Korea, she has provided certification and regulatory consulting services for numerous domestic and international companies.

Mel Tao , Personal and Home Care Division Senior Regulatory Technical Advisor

Ms. Mel Tao works in CIRS group for more than 8 years and is responsible for registration and filing work of imported and domestic cosmetics. She has handed thousands of cosmetics to get approval in China especially including baby care cosmetics and different types of special use cosmetics. She graduated from China University of Metrology with a B.D in Material Science and Engineering.

Julie Harrington , CIRS EU Senior Regulatory Consultant

Julie Harrington is a Senior Regulatory Consultant and is currently coordinating the cosmetic service at CIRS Europe. She has a BSc. in Medicinal Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin and over 4 years of industry experience in cosmetic & chemical regulations spanning the EU/UK markets to China, South Korea, and beyond. She is currently completing her master’s degree in Toxicology from University College Dublin. Her client portfolio includes luxury brands, cosmetic start-ups, and cosmetic ingredient manufacturers providing her with a broad knowledge of the cosmetic regulatory landscape and the ability to strategize in different regulatory contexts.
